The role will contribute directly to:
🔹 Design and implementation of tilapia hatchery and grow-out demonstration systems
🔹 Development of monitoring tools, data systems, and cost-benefit analysis
🔹 Capacity building for farmers, extension officers, women and youth
🔹 Training modules, technical guides, and practical extension materials
🔹 Evidence-based reporting to support SFV expansion nationwide
