MAINTENANCE AND PLANT PROJECTS ENGINEER
This strategic and operational engineering position is responsible for ensuring the sustained optimal
functionality, efficiency, and technical advancement of the company's processing plants. The
incumbent provides comprehensive management of the industrial maintenance cycle, encompassing
planning, control, supervision, and execution of all maintenance activities. This includes direct, hands
on technical work as operational needs dictate, alongside the leadership and development of the
maintenance team. Furthermore, the incumbent actively leads and contributes to the development
and execution of engineering projects pertinent to the processing area, from conceptualization through
to construction and commissioning, with a particular focus on the company's industrial electrical
systems.

A university degree in electrical engineering, electromechanical engineering, or a related discipline with a strong specialization in electrical systems.
A minimum of five (5) years of demonstrable work experience in industrial maintenance roles and/or the management of electrical engineering projects within food processing plants.
