PROJECTS COORDINATOR
We are seeking a proactive and hands-on individual to support project execution on-site. The role involves coordinating site preparation activities, including land clearing and leveling, and supervising minor construction works to ensure they meet technical specifications. The ideal candidate will manage procurement processes by sourcing materials and services from local suppliers, as well as oversee the transportation, storage, and distribution of project resources.
The position requires strict adherence to occupational safety and environmental regulations, along with responsibility for supervising the proper use and basic maintenance of heavy equipment such as excavators, bulldozers, and graders. The successful candidate will also assist in obtaining necessary permits and ensure that all on-site activities align with quality control standards.

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, civil engineering technology,
Engineering or a related technical field.
• Proven experience (minimum 3-5 years) in supervising construction sites and managing logistics,
preferably in Ghana.
• Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations.
• Experience in coordinating the use and maintenance of heavy construction equipment.
• Familiarity with local suppliers and procurement processes in Ghana.
• Basic knowledge of environmental regulations related to construction sites.
• Good record-keeping and reporting skills.
• Proficiency in English and knowledge of Twi are highly desirable.
