PROJECT OFFICER
Provides comprehensive administrative and logistical support to the Project & Engineering Manager
and the Projects Coordinator, ensuring the efficient management of project documentation,
communication and administrative processes. Supports procurement and financial tracking
activities.

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience (minimum 2-3 years) in providing administrative support, preferably in a project
management or construction environment.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project).
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Familiarity with basic accounting and financial tracking procedures is an advantage.
