Operational Coach
This is a hands-on role working directly with hub owner-operators to improve performance, solve operational challenges, and strengthen service delivery for smallholder fish farmers. You’ll play a key part in building efficient, scalable systems while contributing to the development of RADiCool – our innovative, solar-powered cold chain solution reducing post-harvest loss.
We’re looking for someone with strong operational instincts, field experience, and a practical, problem-solving mindset. If you’re excited about working across multiple sites, supporting local entrepreneurs, and driving real impact in aquaculture and food systems, we’d love to hear from you.

* Education: a minimum Bachelor's degree in Aquaculture, Agriculture, Food systems, Business or a related field.
* Experience:
* A minimum of five years industry experience
* Hands on practical experience with farming
* Excellent verbal and report writing communication skills (English)
* Multicultural experience across cultures and geographies (desirable)
* Ability to drive (desirable)

* Adaptability: Comfortable working in an iterative R&D environment where design requirements evolve based on real-world testing.
