Aquaculture Hatchery Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Aquaculture Hatchery Manager to oversee and manage our hatchery operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for broodstock management, seed production, water quality control, staff supervision, and ensuring optimal fry survival and productivity.

* Minimum of B.Sc./HND in Aquaculture, Fisheries, or related field
* A minimum of 1–3 years' proven experience in hatchery operations
* Strong knowledge of catfish breeding techniques (induced breeding)
* Good understanding of water quality management and fish health
* Ability to manage a team and meet production targets
* Strong record-keeping and reporting skills
* High level of integrity and profession
